I have a lovely large double room in a newly decorated detached property. The house is immaculate, has a large kitchen/dining/living area downstairs with a nice garden (great for barbecues!). The kitchen is fully fitted, and there is also a new washer/dryer. There are a downstairs toilet and garage. Upstairs there is one bathroom and one shower room (both with toilets).
The double room is fully furnished with double bed (two singles can be provided if required), wardrobes, curtains, etc.
The location is great. 3 mins walk to a lovely park. 15mins to the tube (preston road-metropolitan line). No parking restrictions on the street (two spaces on the drive). The neighbourhood is very safe and the people are really nice.
The house is specifically for sharers, so the room would suit one person, a couple, or two people willing to share a room.
The rent is 120pw including ALL bills for one person, or 140pw for sharers/couples.
Travel - 15mins walk to Preston Road Metropolitan line station - from there Baker Street is 15mins, Moorgate 25mins, Liverpool St 30mins. Best of living in a safe and green area of London, and locality to working in the city/west end.
